Q-PAC®

Q-PAC is the world's most advanced scrubber packing and out-performs all other packings in high gas velocity applications. Q-PAC's geometric structure allows it to have an extremely low pressure drop, high flow capacity and higher resistance to fouling.

HD Q-PAC®

HD Q-PAC has been proven both as media for oil-water separators (OWS) and bioscrubbers. In an OWS, HD Q-PAC designs are smaller, process more liquid, and with higher efficiency, than any other coalescing media. HD Q-PAC design can easily achieve the EN-858-1 standard. In a bioscrubber, HD Q-PAC provides a media support that is extremely low pressure drop and resistant to fouling. HD Q-PAC bioscrubbers can process 3 times the air flow through the same footprint as compared to traditional designs.

LANPAC®

LANPAC is Lantec's flagship packing and has helped reshape the scrubbing and stripping market for the last 25 years. LANPAC maintains a high efficiency even at high liquid loadings that may flood other packings. LANPAC is also available in both a 3.5" and 2.3" nominal size (2.3" LANPAC and 3.5" LANPAC).

LANPAC-XL is Lantec's newest packing and expands on Q-PAC's unique design. This allows even higher mass transfer efficiency while still maintaining an extremely low pressure drop.

NUPAC®

#2 NUPAC is Lantec's most efficient scrubbing media but it is specialty packing used only in certain applications such as for towers with diameters less than 18" and for towers with serious height restraints. It is also very cost effective as a demister. #4 NUPAC, which is used extensively in submerged biological applications.

Globe-PAC

Globe-Pac is a spherical rib & rod shape packing of 3.5” in diameter, suitable for Air Strippers, Degasifiers and Scrubbers. The packing is approved by NSF for use in Drinking Water Systems. This packing is equivalent to 3.5” Tri-Packs.

MLM® (Multi-Layer Media)

Lantec Saddles are made of chemical porcelain and meet all ASTM Standards. Low-Pressure-Drop and Alkalin-Resistant Saddles are also available. Saddles are available in 6 sizes of 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2" and 3".

Q-PAC® (metal)

A high-performance metal tower packing for distillation, gas absorption, fume scrubbing, and heat transfer applications. Metal Q-PAC provides the best of both worlds: the efficiency and capacity of structured packings, with the economy and versatility of random packings. Metal Q-PAC provides maximum contacting efficiency and moderate pressure drop. Available in 304SS or 316SS.
